How do courses work?

 

 - The course is set to the student’s pace, PC hardware availability and background knowledge.

- The lessons and exercises are downloaded from our website by a username and a password.



- Once the course has started, a teacher is assigned to the student who will go over the topics, correct his/her exercises, and answer his/her questions.

- The student can take lessons at any time of the day and on any weekday It is not necessary to be online at any specific time.  

 

- The student has to devote at least one-hour time (relatively) a day to study the lesson and do the exercises.


- During the course, the student can participate in real-time teleconferences to clear up any doubts or queries on line (not compulsory).

 

-Courses can be taken from any country. They are in english and Spanish.

 

Why should you take an online distance learning course?

 

The 21st century has already begun; in consequence all the technological advances we are experiencing will bring many changes. What software do I need to take a course?

 

You need some email software and an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or any other you are used to.

For some courses you might need teleconference or photo editor software. We provide students with Internet addresses from which they can find it easier to get these.

 

What previous knowledge is required to take part in the courses?

 

For our online courses you need the basics about dealing with email software in order receive and send messages.

Apart from these, for some courses there might be some specific requirements. If any, all necessary instructions will be detailed.

 

Who organises the courses?

 

Our company, Red21.com, organises and carries out the courses along with a qualified group of professionals and a number of teaching institutions which adhere to them. What if I cannot take the course for a week or more, once it had begun?

 

The course length is flexible and there are no strict attendance rules. However, experience tells us that students should not miss lessons for more than a week. Periodically, students get a notice about their progress in the course.

 

What is the course completion deadline?

 

In short-term courses (up to 6 months) students have one year period after the course starting date. In long-term courses (1 year or more), they have up to one year period from the last module authorization.

 

What countries do the courses reach out?

 

Since all courses are conducted through the Internet, they reach anywhere worldwide, plus they are taught in Spanish.

 

Can I take several courses at the same time?

 

Yes, you can take as many courses as you like.

 

Which are the payment methods?

 

Courses can be paid by credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express (using secure forms with SSL), or wire transfer by Western Union , DHL, or via bank deposits. We also accept Paypal.
